commission prices + tos !

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITH OR WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. by commissioning me or owning my designs, you affirm to have read and agreed to these terms.

general rules:

- i retain the rights to my work and may post them where i please, mainly just on insta and twitter (twt for nsfw work, for example).- none of my work may be used to promote hate speech, zoophilia, pedophilia, pro-contact/anti-recovery paraphilas, or abuse of any kind. this will result in an IMMEDIATE BLACKLIST.- my blacklist must be respected at all times, if any designs are given/sold to anyone in there or someone block evades to obtain designs, the result will be blacklisting, blocking, and a possible beware if necessary. this is non-negotiable.- you also must inform me if someone is breaking these rules.- by commissioning me you agree to my turnaround time. note that i do not have a set turnaround time. i have chronic headaches, schooling, and a part time job. as well as this, drawing is my hobby- not my job. i will ONLY accept a set deadline under the circumstance for specific purpose (holidays, birthdays) for an extra fee.- i do not issue refunds once the commission has the cleaned sketch done. when you commission me, your funds go towards emergency savings and my schooling. because of this discrepancy, i will accept most any changes in the work for no fee unless it is major. (ex. pose changes once lines/color are done).- payment must be sent prior to any commission work. updates will be communicated throughout the process (ex. lines, colors, shading).- i take usd through cashapp, but will be creating a paypal and venmo soon. this will be updated.- haggling prices for commissions is not allowed. prices may fluctuate and fees may be added for details and complexity. one may haggle prices for a design for offer, however.- i reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason. please refer to my will's and wont's list below!- harassment deemed threatening or inappropriate or hounding for finishing your commission/changes in the art will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate blacklist.- ANY CONTENT CREATED BY ME (art, designs, etc.) ARE NOT TO BE FED TO AI PROGRAMS OR USED FOR A SIMILAR PURPOSE. THIS WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE BLACKLIST AND A BEWARE FOR THE COMMUNITY.

art commission tos:

- tracing or heavily referencing my work for commissions is NOT PERMITTED. if you wish to have your character drawn in a pose i have done for personal artwork, i will do that, but never for commission work. if you trace any of my commission work you will be blacklisted.- my artwork may not be edited. if you would like to request an edit for any commission work, please reach out! minor fees may incur for major changes.- please credit my artwork if used for your profile or if reshared! credit and watermark must always be present and/or visible if resharing my art somewhere other than instagram, toyhouse, or twitter.- you MUST BE 18+ to commission any nsfw artwork. proof WILL be requested. if you refuse to offer a form of identification or i find out you are a minor, you will be IMMEDIATELY BLACKLISTED and a beware may be made. this is also a non-negotiable.- multiple characters and major changes to the art may incur additional minor fees.- upon starting a commission, i will send progress images as i work on the art, and will send a picture of the rough and cleaned sketches for your review to approve and/or make any revisions before i proceed on finishing the artwork. once the cleaned sketch is approved, minor changes can be requested, while major changes will incur a minor fee. once the art is finished, as i said for my other rules, major changes will incur a minor fee.- once the artwork is finalized, i can send a full resolution png through email, toyhouse, discord, or dms.- please provide visual, clean, non-shaded references for your character. i will refuse a commission if this is not followed.- please be as specific as possible to ensure i can fulfill your request to avoid mistakes!if you have any questions or concerns about any terms listed here, do not hesitate to reach out and ask! :)

design + adopt tos:

- you may NOT copy, trace, or reproduce my art or designs, including if you own them.- i heavily prefer my designs stay on toyhouse. this is so i can keep track of ownership and if my tos is being followed. credit must also stay intact at all times, even if the character is fully redesigned.- i do not mind if you redesign a character to be unrecognizable from the original so long as you DO NOT trade or sell the old design as a separate character for monetary gain. if you do this, you will be immediately blacklisted, as this is just a scummy thing to do.- if a design is received through a gift, trade, or th freebie thread, do NOT sell it UNLESS additional art of monetary value is added per the rules on most threads. this will result in a blacklist.- if a design is received through a sale, it should be sold for NO MORE than the price it was originally bought for UNLESS additional art of monetary value is added. any art received through gifts, art trades, or artfight do not count towards the design’s value. please inform me if a design’s permissions have not been updated, i will change it if needed!- if you do not want a character i designed anymore, feel free to inform me or send them back to me if you can’t find another home! i will never revoke ownership of a design once ownership is transferred, but in extreme circumstances i have every right to blacklist someone from owning my designs.- co-owns are permitted, but the character must remain having one toyhouse page. co-owning with anyone on my blacklist will result in a blacklist. i will not be involved in co-own disputes.- do not delete the design profiles once sent on toyhouse, and as well as this, do not put the oc under authorizations i can't see- this is to ensure no one in my blacklist has my designs. if you do this, you will be blacklisted.- any designs with nsfw art may NOT be shared with and/or be resold to minors. if you do this, you will be IMMEDIATELY BLACKLISTED and a beware will be made for the community. any new owner should be notified of my tos before receiving the design.- with custom commissions, i will send progress as i complete stages of the commission (ex. sketch, lines, color). minor revisions can be asked for at any time and major revisions will incur a minor fee.if you have any questions or concerns about any terms listed here, do not hesitate to reach out and ask! :)
